Stories, recipes and health info for the gluten challenged

After being diagnosed as celiac, I spent several frustrating years surfing websites and resources for recipes, substitutions and figuring out how to live g-free. A friend suggested I share my hard work, research and wonderful personality with the rest of the world, so here I am, a married, urban 30-something mom of twins on a quest to inform and delight the taste buds of celiacs everywhere. The G-Free Kitchen is a virtual place to hang out, chat around my proverbial kitchen table and share ideas and solutions for the g-free lifestyle.
